Our project actually came out extraordinarily well. My wife was very surprised at how well it looked. She had her doubts in my abilities and plan. Our problem was a patio below a wooden deck. The deck had a waterproof system underneath to flow the water to the edge gutter. But it gradually developed leaks and the plywood ceiling above our head rotted. I pulled the plywood down and jury rigged a new plastic drip system. Your light weight tiles were perfect to cover the system and improved the entire appearance. Even if there is an occasional small leak in a heavy rain fall the plastic material holds the water at one or two panels and it evaporates. No staining and no rotting.
